Kim Sather

Kim Sather has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They are currently serving as the Executive Vice President and CIO at Oregon State Credit Union since April 2023. Prior to this, Kim held various positions at Samaritan Health Services, including Vice President of IS Applications and Operations from August 2022 to April 2023, Associate Vice President of IS Design and Operations from February 2020 to August 2022, Associate Vice President of IS Service Operations from March 2019 to February 2020, and Director of IS Operations from April 2014 to March 2019. Before joining Samaritan Health Services, Kim worked at HP, Snapfish Division as a Product Design Manager from May 2012 to April 2014, and at HP as an eCommerce Engineering Manager and Product Manager from April 2008 to March 2010. Their earliest roles were at HP as a Digital Entertainment Services Program Manager from 2006 to 2007, and as an IT Manager from 1997 to 2006, where they established the first IT program office and oversaw the delivery of multiple IT projects.

Kim Sather obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University. Prior to that, Kim completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications at Oregon State University. In addition, Kim completed Supply Chain Management Certification courses at the University of Phoenix.

Kim also holds several certifications, including the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) from the American College of Healthcare Executives, obtained in November 2022. Kim also obtained the CIO Bootcamp certification from CHIME in February 2021. Furthermore, Kim holds the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, obtained in May 2017. Kim has also obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unknown.
