Michelle Gadker Anderson

Michelle Gadker Anderson is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the EVP/Chief Lending Officer at Oregon State Credit Union since September 2024. Previously, Michelle held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer at Redwood Credit Union from June 2021 to May 2024, where significant improvements were made in operational practices and member experiences across various lending sectors. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Lending at Chevron Federal Credit Union, where Michelle was involved in several committees and established a Lending Risk Committee. Additionally, a successful tenure as Vice President of Consumer Lending & Card Services at Patelco Credit Union resulted in a notable increase in Consumer Loan Balances and record-breaking volume for the Indirect Channel. Michelle began a career in mortgage banking at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, leading retail teams to exceptional performance. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California.
