Amy Crumley has a diverse work experience in the field of development and fundraising. Amy currently serves as the Senior Director of Development II, Division of Earth System Sciences at the Oregon State University Foundation. In this role, they focus on cultivating and soliciting support for the College of Earth, Ocean, and Atmospheric Sciences, developing fundraising goals, and exceeding established standards and metrics. Prior to this, Amy worked as the Director of Development II, College of Earth, Ocean, & Atmospheric Sciences at the same organization.

Before joining the Oregon State University Foundation, Amy held a position at Texas Tech University as the Interim Senior Director of Development/Director of Development. Amy successfully raised approximately $25 million for the university, surpassed annual fundraising goals, and played a role in the university's $1 Billion Capital Campaign. Additionally, they organized the first-ever advisory board, Dean's Circle, and identified alumni and friends of the college.

Amy's previous experience includes working as the Assistant Director of Marketing and Development at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Garrison Institute on Aging. Amy also has banking experience from their time at Wells Fargo as a Personal/Small Business Banker.

Amy Crumley earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations from Texas Tech University in 2006. Amy then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in General Business from the same institution in 2008. In 2015, Amy Crumley obtained a certification as a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) from an undisclosed institution.
