Kelly McElroy

Kelly McElroy currently serves as the Student Engagement and Community Outreach Librarian at Oregon State University since September 2014. Prior experience includes the role of Undergraduate Services Librarian at University of Iowa Libraries, focusing on outreach and instruction for undergraduate students, and Librarian at the Italian Cultural Centre Society, where responsibilities included reference services, blog creation, and volunteer training. Additional roles include Digital Library Consultant for Columbia Basin Trust, Graduate Academic Assistant at the University of British Columbia, Thomas Intern at the University of Oregon, Archivist for the Centre for Human Settlements UN-HABITAT Digital Archives, and Co-op student at Washington State Archives. Kelly holds an MLIS/MAS in Archival Studies and Library Studies from The University of British Columbia and a BA in Anthropology and Italian from the University of Southern California.
