Sarah Cunningham is a Senior Instructor in the School of Language Culture and Society at Oregon State University, where teaching responsibilities include courses such as Anthropology of Food, Food Justice, and Cultural Anthropology. In addition to teaching, Sarah serves as the Coordinator for both the Food in Culture and Social Justice Program and the Applied Anthropology Graduate Program, overseeing the development of an Undergraduate Certificate and a Graduate Minor. Previous experience includes serving as an Anthropology Instructor at Western Oregon University and coordinating the OSU Emergency Food Pantry. Sarah holds a PhD in Applied Anthropology from Oregon State University and has also earned a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Ball State University.
