Steve Merge

Steve Merge is an experienced educator and communication professional currently serving as a Speech Communication Instructor at Oregon State University since September 2022. In addition to this role, Steve has been an Adjunct Communication Instructor at Linn-Benton Community College since December 2019 and previously held similar positions at Western Wyoming Community College and Central Oregon Community College. Prior to his academic career, Steve worked as a Recruiting Manager for the U.S. Census Bureau and held various roles in talent acquisition at Pentagon Federal Credit Union and Wyndham Vacation Ownership. Steve's educational background includes a BA in Psychology and a Master of Science in Communication and Society from the University of Oregon, as well as an MBA from Pepperdine University.
