Previously, Dan Rasay was the Director - Business Intelligence Architect at Hanna Andersson from December 2016 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for moving the company's ecommerce/software distribution platform from an outsourced vendor (Digital River) to an in-house osCommerce based solution.
Before their time at Hanna Andersson, Dan Rasay was the Lead Global Nike.com Experience BSA at Nike from January 2012 to October 2014. In this role, they led a team of six lead & senior business system analysts responsible for ecommerce experience enhancements to the global Nike.com platform. Dan was also responsible for business case validation, technical analysis, requirements specification, stakeholder approval/management, iterative development review & deployment in a highly matrixed organization.
During their time at Nike, Dan Rasay oversaw major initiatives that included a multi-year OneNike web/mobile web redesign effort (2013 Webby Award winner) and Nike.com direct-to-consumer geo-expansion efforts in Japan & China. Dan conducted daily Nike.com Experience "scrum of scrums" meetings that were used for project & product team alignment and release planning.

Dan Rasay is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in diversity and inclusion at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Prior to this, Dan Rasay completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biology at Lewis & Clark College. Dan Rasay also has several certifications, including ones from LinkedIn in RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders, Coursera Verified Certificates in R Programming and The Data Scientist’s Toolbox, Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner, and DataCamp in Kaggle R Tutorial on Machine Learning.
