Oregon Symphony
Steve Wenig serves as the Vice President and General Manager of the Oregon Symphony since 2015, after a decade-long tenure at the Houston Symphony, where responsibilities included the roles of Director of Community Partnerships and Orchestra Personnel Manager from 2004 to 2015. Steve holds a Master's degree in Music Performance from the University of Michigan, completed between 1995 and 1997, and a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory from the University of Hartford, earned from 1990 to 1995.

The Oregon Symphony is based in Portland, Oregon. Its home venue is the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall in downtown Portland's Cultural District. It is the sixth oldest orchestra in the U.S.
