Rebecca Lin

Rebecca Lin has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for Asia at Oregon Tool since January 2008. Previously, Rebecca held the position of HR Manager at Oregon Tool (Fuzhou) Co. Ltd., where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and compliance with employment laws. Prior experiences include roles as Export & Import Manager and Personnel & Administration Manager at Grandoe Fuzhou Enterprises Inc. Ltd. Rebecca holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Xiamen University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Fuzhou University.
