Lea Hoover is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Member and Strategic Services at Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative since November 2016. In this role, Lea oversees various operations including member services, energy services, communications, marketing, government affairs, economic development, and corporate strategy management.
