Lea Hoover is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Member and Strategic Services at Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative since November 2016. In this role, Lea oversees various operations including member services, energy services, communications, marketing, government affairs, economic development, and corporate strategy management. Previous positions at the cooperative include Director of Administration and Strategic Services, Senior Manager of Administration and Foundation, and Executive Assistant to the CEO/General Manager. Additionally, Lea holds the position of Executive Director for the OTEC Member Foundation and previously managed the Baker Heritage Museum. With a solid educational background that includes a B.S. in Interior Design and Business from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Louisiana State University, Lea possesses a diverse skill set in administration, strategic planning, and community engagement.
