Mike Guerchon

Mike Guerchon is a seasoned human resources leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Oregon Venture Fund since 2017, Mike has held senior HR roles at multiple companies, including Senior Vice President of People at Groove until its acquisition by Clari, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Volansi prior to its acquisition by Sierra Nevada Corp. Previously, Mike was Vice President of Human Resources at RealWear, Inc., and Chief People Officer at Innovari and Puppet. Mike's tenure at Riverbed Technology spanned a decade, during which the company grew significantly, achieving notable milestones including the #1 IPO in 2006 and high rankings in employee satisfaction. Mike's earlier roles also include Vice President of Human Resources at Lucy Activewear and Hollywood Entertainment.
