Mike North, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Volunteer Diver at Oregon Zoo since February 2023, Mike previously held multiple leadership roles at Comcast for over 15 years, culminating in positions such as Senior Director of Customer Experience and Senior Director of the Payment Services Center of Excellence.
