Mike North

Mike North, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operational leadership. Currently serving as a Volunteer Diver at Oregon Zoo since February 2023, Mike previously held multiple leadership roles at Comcast for over 15 years, culminating in positions such as Senior Director of Customer Experience and Senior Director of the Payment Services Center of Excellence. Notably, Mike implemented transformative strategies that significantly improved employee engagement and customer experience, including a substantial reduction in attrition rates. Earlier career milestones include managing operations at The Spiegel Group and serving as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Oregon Army National Guard. Mike holds an MBA in Sustainable Business from Marylhurst University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
