Heather Bowers Ncidq

Heather Bowers, NCIDQ, serves as an Account Associate at Oregonian Media Group since March 2022, focusing on large retail and non-profit corporate accounts, managing print and digital advertising campaigns, and supporting marketing and sales initiatives.
