Aviv Hadar

Aviv Hadar has had a diverse and successful career in the technology and cannabis industries. Aviv began their career in 2005 as a Freelance Designer, learning as much as they could and absorbing information like a sponge. In 2007, they founded and became the Chief Executive Officer of Think Brilliant Media Studios, which has been in business for over twelve years and continues to generate revenue for shareholders and owners. In 2008, they took on the role of Product Launch Manager for SoulPancake, where they were responsible for the entire technology foundation, infrastructure, partnerships, design and development of the product(s), new features, deployment, community management and reaction through the product(s), as well as managing the daily operations of the company. In 2012, they founded PerfectMenu at Bend, Oregon's Startup Weekend, and within 24 hours had one of the most influential and trend setting restaurants in Bend using their product. Aviv was also a Founding Partner of Elevation Lab, a pivotal member of the team that launched the Elevation Dock, the first ever $1,000,000 Kickstarter project. In the same year, they became a Founding Member of the Oregon Cannabis Association. In 2013, they founded Oregrown Industries, Inc., a standout among cannabis brands. As Oregon's premier farm-to-table cannabis company, the Oregrown team cultivates organic-method, indoor cannabis and processes world-class products in the pursuit of unparalleled craftsmanship in every facet of their supply chain. In 2015, they became an Advisory Board Member of the National Cannabis Industry Association and a Committee Member of the Oregon Liquor Control Commission.

Aviv Hadar completed a Master of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Montana between 2004 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended New Trier Township High School from 1998 to 2002, graduating with a High School degree in Business. Aviv also holds a MMPS certification from the Oregon Health Authority.
