Christina Henry has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as the Director of HRIS & Compensation at O'Reilly Auto Parts since February 1998. In this role, Christina oversees all compensation programs, including salary surveys and the corporate compensation review process, while providing support for the Annual Board Executive Compensation review. Previously, Christina held positions at O'Reilly Auto Parts as HRIS & Compensation Manager and HRIS Coordinator, with responsibilities such as coordinating compensation programs and implementing an electronic HR records system. Christina's earlier experience includes roles in human resources and PC support at Drury University, where Christina earned a Bachelor's degree with a double major in Business and Accounting, along with a minor in Psychology.
