Mark Merz

Mark Merz, Senior Vice President of Finance, has been an O'Reilly Team Member since 2007. Mark's primary areas of responsibility include all of the Company's Accounting, Internal and SEC reporting, Investor Relations, Treasury, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. Mark's O'Reilly career began as a Senior Accountant. He was promoted to Corporate Management and then to Director of External Reporting and Investor Relations. Prior to joining O'Reilly, Mark worked for nine years as the Controller for Copy Products, Inc. Mark has held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance since 2022.
