Mindy Morgan

Mindy Morgan, SPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the HR Compliance Manager at O'Reilly Auto Parts since August 2000, Mindy has also held the position of Team Member Relations Manager within the same organization. Prior to that, Mindy worked as the Director of Human Resources at Constructors & Associates, Inc. from May 1997 to August 2000. Mindy holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication and Psychology from Missouri State University.
