Scott Blackburn has over 30 years of experience in the retail industry. Scott currently holds the position of Vice President Operations at O'Reilly Auto Parts, where Scott also serves as the Director of Customer Experience/Store Ops Support. Prior to that, Scott worked at CSK Auto for over two decades, reaching the position of Sr. Manager of Store Operations and Sr. Manager of Training and HRIS.
