Ericka Unwin

Ericka Unwin has a diverse work experience in various roles. Ericka is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at O'Reilly Media since November 2021. Before that, they worked at Photonics Media as an Account Executive from May 2018 to October 2021. In this role, Ericka managed revenue and client relationships for multiple territories and focused on proactive customer advocacy and program success. Ericka also worked as an Account Manager at Photonics Media from January 2019 to May 2021, where they were responsible for overseeing client relationships, renewals, upsells, and new business in assigned territories. Prior to that, Ericka worked as an Account Associate at Photonics Media from June 2018 to January 2019.

Ericka also has experience working as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Senior Choice at Home from September 2017 to May 2018, where they produced content for marketing newsletters and created the initial Marketing Plan for 2019. Finally, Ericka started their career as a Sales Associate at Pier 1 Imports in April 2013 and worked there until November 2017. In this role, they received awards for outstanding performance, highest Instant Credit, and email capture. Ericka also contributed to quarterly inventory, truck scheduling, and product display design.

Ericka Unwin completed their Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Sacred Heart University, where they attended from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences, General at Westfield State University from 2013 to 2016, although they did not earn a degree in that field.
