Lori Conkling

Lori Conkling has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Lori began their career in 1999 as a Telephone Customer Service Representative at Illuminations and later worked as a Telephone Customer Service Senior Representative at Exchange Bank. Lori then joined AmeriCorps as a member before joining Umpqua Bank as a Universal Associate II. Lori also worked as an Administrative Assistant at The Barlow, where they handled phone calls, maintained spreadsheets, and managed social media. In 2013, they started their own business, Red Dahlia Creations, where they focused on handmade quilted potholders and other holiday products. Currently, they are working at O'Reilly as an HR Business Partner and Operations Analyst, where they have held various roles including Human Resources Generalist and Corporate Admin Support. Overall, Lori has acquired extensive experience in customer service, administration, banking, and human resources throughout their career.

Lori Conkling obtained their Bachelor's degree in English from Humboldt State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended Santa Rosa Junior College for five years, from 1995 to 2000, focusing on English and general education.
