Mike Loukides

Mike Loukides has over 30 years of work experience in the technology industry. Mike worked at O'Reilly Media for the majority of their career, starting in 1990. Mike held various roles at O'Reilly Media, including Vice President of Content Strategy and Editor. Mike also worked as a Documentation Writer at Multiflow Computer from 1986 to 1990.

Mike Loukides completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, which they attended from 1973 to 1978. During the same period, they also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from Cornell University. Later, Mike went on to pursue a PhD in English at Stanford University from 1978 to 1985.
