Peter Pardo

Peter Pardo has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Peter began their career in 1990 as a Vault Storage Manager at Tylie Jones East, where they managed the operations of film and video elements. From 1992 to 1998, they worked as an Inside Sales Manager at National Parts Depot, overseeing a group of sales reps and managing a territory of accounts.

In 1998, Peter joined Pearson as a Corporate Sales Manager, where they led a team of inside sales reps and managed a territory of over $1.5 million in accounts. Peter then moved to O'Reilly Media in 2002, working as a Corporate Account Manager until 2006.

In 2006, Peter joined Safari Books Online, LLC as a Senior National Accounts Manager, where they managed a territory of over 200 accounts and achieved multiple goal attainment awards. Peter continued at Safari Books Online until 2013.

From 2013 to 2016, Peter worked at O'Reilly as the Director of Sales-Retention, managing a group of 9 Account Managers and overseeing retention and growth for a diverse range of customers.

Peter also has experience in the music industry, as the CEO/Publisher of Sea of Tranquility, an online music webzine that features reviews and interviews. Additionally, they hosted video blogs for Sea of Tranquility & Comic Book Geezers YouTube channels.

Peter Pardo began their education at Goshen Central High School, where they obtained a Regents Diploma between 1980 and 1984. After completing their secondary education, they attended the State University of NY at New Paltz from 1984 to 1988. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a specialization in Communication and Media Studies.
