Jose Mari Caballero Luy

Jose Mari Caballero Luy is an experienced production manager with a robust background in the machine tool and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Head of Production at Oreka Training since July 2022, Jose Mari has previously held significant roles such as Production Director at Garabi Group, where leadership of the manufacturing process was implemented, and at Egondo S.L. and Couth Industrial Marking Systems, where production planning and coordination were essential. With further experience at Reiner e hijos S.L. and earlier positions at Copreci and Coinalde, Jose Mari has consistently contributed to process improvement and quality assurance. Jose Mari holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mondragon Unibertsitatea and an Industrial Organization Engineering degree from the University of the Basque Country, complemented by additional training in business management and competitive intelligence.
