Jack Lipson has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2021, they are currently employed as a Project Development Manager at Orenda, Inc. where they are responsible for identifying new battery energy storage opportunities in the NYISO market, preparing a business case and obtaining internal approvals for pursuing a project, as well as preparing and periodically revising a project budget, schedule, and pro forma financial model to evaluate project economics. In 2020, they were a Commercial Development Intern at SunBug Solar. In 2019, they were a Volunteer Snowboard Coach at Double H Ranch, A SeriousFun Camp, a Campus Fellow at Food & Water Watch, and a Campus Ambassador at Guayaki Sustainable Rainforest Products, Inc. In 2018, they were a Sailing Instructor at Pine Island Camp. In 2017, they were a Rental Technician at Big Sky Resort and a Store Guide at Eastern Mountain Sports. In 2016, they were an Intern at Hannah Nicole Vineyards & Winery and a Volunteer at First Generation Farmers.

Jack Lipson attended Belmont High School from 2012 to 2016. Jack then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree from Skidmore College, where they majored in both Business and Environmental Studies, graduating in 2021. In addition, Jack has obtained a Wilderness First Responder certification from SOLO Schools.
