Alex Buskey

Alex Buskey has a wealth of experience in business management and project origination. In 2021, they began their role as Director of Project Origination at Flow Carbon, a leading climate technology company. From 2016 to 2020, they were the Founder of The Ranger, an organization built to fund projects that support conservation, social equity, and rural economic development. In 2020, they were a Business Planning Consultant at The Nature Conservancy, where they developed the Global Protect Team Business Concept. In 2019, they were a Business Manager at Love | Schack Architecture. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Associate Director and Event Coordinator at Alliance for Vermont Communities. Finally, from 2014 to 2016, they were the Family Business Manager at a family business, where they led a team of nine to reverse the fate of a failing business.

Alex Buskey has a comprehensive educational background. In 2021, they completed an Executive Finance Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. In 2017, they attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth for Corporate Marketing. From 2013 to 2014, they studied International Economics at Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg. Lastly, from 2010 to 2014, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Entrepreneurial Studies and a Minor in Economics from Saint Michael's College.
