Gauthier Lecoq is a seasoned professional with over a decade of expertise in transformation and change management, driving business growth across various sectors. Currently serving as a Freelance BCM/DRP Advisor at ORES since August 2023, Gauthier is also the Owner of BrandNewStep - BNS, established in October 2014, specializing in transformation initiatives.
