Yves Schmitz has extensive experience in the IT and project management sectors, currently serving as IT Coordinateur Atrias at ORES since February 2016 while also being the owner of Enys since January 2011, where expertise includes utilities business analysis, consultancy, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at GSK, Business Analyst at Fluxys, Product Owner - Scrum Master at bpost, and Project Manager at Itineris. Yves has also conducted training in Prince 2 and UML methodologies, bringing a strong background in business analysis and project management across various utilities and finance projects. Educational qualifications include an International Certificate in Computer Sciences from the University of Cape Town and a Licence in Clinical Psychology and Education from Université libre de Bruxelles.
