Orlando Martins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. As the Founder of Growth Index since March 2022, Orlando focuses on innovative growth strategies. In addition, Orlando has served as CEO, Consultant, and Headhunter at ORESA Executive Search since 2008, where ORESA aids companies in identifying impactful leaders and aligning their growth strategies. Previous roles include Managing Consultant at Berkeley Search and Selection, where Orlando successfully established the Executive Search proposition and expanded client accounts, and Senior Consultant at Quantica Plc, where rapid advancement resulted in significant business development within hospitality and retail sectors. Orlando's earlier career included general management and consultancy in e-commerce.
