Rajeswari Pillai Rajagopalan

Rajeswari (Raji) Pillai Rajagopalan is a distinguished academic and policy expert currently serving as a Resident Senior Fellow at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute since August 2024. With extensive experience in security, strategy, and technology, Raji has held various significant positions at the Observer Research Foundation since July 2007, including Director of the Centre for Security, Strategy & Technology, Distinguished Fellow, and Senior Fellow leading the Nuclear & Space Policy Initiative. Raji has contributed as a Senior Fellow at several institutions, including National Cheng-Chi University and the National Security Council Secretariat, and has a robust educational background with a PhD in International Relations/American Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru Vishvavidyalaya, alongside a BA in Political Science and Government from Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning.
