Nalaka Perera

Nalaka Perera currently serves as the Head of Operations for Sri Lanka at Orfium, having begun this role in June 2023. Prior to this position, Nalaka accumulated extensive experience at Adelanka (PVT) LTD from March 2006 to August 2023, progressing through several roles, including Operations Manager, Production Manager, Assistant Production Manager, Assistant Production Executive, Shift Supervisor, and Data Processing & Analyzing Associate. In the Operations Manager capacity, Nalaka led day-to-day operations for over 250 employees, closely collaborating with senior management to enhance strategic leadership and operational efficiency. Nalaka holds multiple MBA degrees, including a specialization in Talent Management from VERN' University and Brittany Université, along with various professional qualifications in Human Resources Management and Marketing. Notable prior experience also includes working as an Insurance Adviser at Sri Lanka Insurance.
