David previously served as Managing Partner and Partner at the same company, overseeing core services such as Go To Market, Innovation, Organization Transformation, and Talent to ensure the delivery of exceptional client experience and engagement. Before Lotis Blue Consulting, they founded and served as the Chair and Chief Operating Officer of Orgaimi, a professional services company.

David also worked as a Managing Director at Russell Reynolds Associates, providing strategic direction to the company. Earlier in their career, they served as a Partner at Sibson Consulting, where they helped clients achieve their organizational goals. David started their career at the same company as a Consultant, honing their skills in talent management, leadership development, and performance improvement. David Kuhlman attended Winston Churchill High School, where they received their high school education between 1976 and 1980. David then enrolled at Washington University in St. Louis, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from 1980 to 1984.
