Paul Giedraitis has extensive work experience in the financial technology and consulting industries. Paul is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Orgaimi, a client intelligence platform for law and accounting firms. Prior to this, they were Principal and Head of Product Initiatives at Lotis Blue Consulting, a company that helps leaders transform enterprises and bring profitable growth strategies to life. Paul was also Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Neurensic, a regulatory technology startup that pioneered the financial industry's first AI software platform for capital markets trade surveillance. Additionally, they worked at David Widerhorn Consulting, LLC, where they held various positions such as Managing Partner, Director in the Trading Solutions Group, and Quantitative Engineer. Finally, they were the Co-Founder and Quantitative Engineer at PeopleHedge Corporation, a fintech startup, and worked as an Electronic Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where they designed, simulated, and tested analog circuits and microwave electronics hardware for radar countermeasures, electronic warfare, and optics systems deployed in military platforms.
Paul Giedraitis earned their International Baccalaureate diploma in Higher Math and Chemistry from Lincoln Park High School in Chicago in 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they attended The Johns Hopkins University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Later, in 2003, they received their Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University. From 2007 to 2019, they served as a Visiting Scholar and Graduate Researcher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Northwestern University.
