Joe LaBaw

Joe LaBaw is a legal professional with extensive experience in structured products and treasury. Currently serving as Structured Products & Treasury Senior Counsel at Golub Capital since March 2020, Joe has progressed through various roles within the company, including Counsel and Associate Counsel. Prior to Golub Capital, Joe worked as an Associate at Mayer Brown from April 2018 to March 2020, and at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP from October 2012 to April 2018. Joe LaBaw earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from Harvard Law School in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Philosophy and Economics from Wake Forest University in 2009.
