Jérôme Jouanin

Jérôme JOUANIN serves as the DAF - CFO at Organic Alliance since June 2023, overseeing the finance, accounting, legal, and sales administration departments and is a member of the executive committee. Previously, Jérôme held the position of DAF - CFO in a transitional management role at AUTODISTRIBUTION from August 2022 to May 2023, focusing on stabilizing organizations and enhancing back-office processes. At Sysco France from November 2015 to December 2021, Jérôme managed the Continental Europe division, leading a team of 130 across multiple sites and overseeing strategic plan validation and ERP changes. Prior experience includes a 20-year tenure at Brake France in various roles, including Division CFO, where Jérôme was involved in M&A processes, financial reporting, and the optimization of financial operations, alongside responsibilities in managing teams and consolidating financial data across numerous companies. Jérôme holds a DESCF in Accounting and Finance and a DUT in Business Administration from IUT de Paris - Rives de Seine.
