Jim Wilkinson

Jim Wilkinson is an experienced IT Manager currently supervising a team at the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) since July 2016. Previously, Jim held senior engineering and managerial roles at Terra-Technologies, Golder Associates, and Alpine Geophysics, focusing on emissions and air quality modeling projects with significant budget management responsibilities. Notably, Jim developed various systems for regulatory agencies, such as the California Air Resources Board and the Environmental Protection Agency. Jim's early career included positions at OneBigTent, Radian Corporation, and ARCO Alaska, where skills in software engineering, data management, and operations engineering were honed. Jim's educational background includes a PhD in Engineering & Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a PhD (ABD) in Environmental Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, along with degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Computer Science from Montana Tech.
