Erin Dorsey

Erin Dorsey is the Founder and Executive Coach at Delaney & Associates, with thirty years of experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Erin's coaching approach focuses on mutual exploration, fostering optimism and boldness among clients. A strong corporate background, expertise in organizational change, and extensive experience coaching CEOs and their executive teams are key assets in Erin's success. In addition to coaching roles at multiple organizations, Erin has served as a Senior Lecturer at Gonzaga University and is pursuing a PhD in Leadership Studies. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Washington State University.
