Ken Manget

Ken Manget is the current Director at Organigram. Ken has previously worked as the Global Head of Relationship Investing at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from January 2014 to December 2019 and as a Board Member at the Heart and Stroke Foundation from January 2012 to December 2014. Ken has extensive experience in private and public asset investing, having navigated complex deals and negotiated partnership agreements. Ken has also established an extensive range of global contacts with major investors, sovereign wealth funds, private family offices in North America, South American, Europe and Asia. In their previous role at OTPP, Ken designed and implemented a global structure, private asset investing processes and procedures incorporating ESG and sustainable investing thinking. Ken has spent their time since Teachers’ forging and reinforcing relationships globally with major institutional investors and family offices.

Ken Manget went to Burlington Central High School and then got their BSc in Engineering from the University of Toronto. After that, they got their MBA from Harvard Business School. Finally, they completed the Directors Education Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
