Aslı Dikicioglu

Aslı Dikicioglu currently serves as Regional Sales Manager at Organik Kimya, focusing on construction solutions in the Nordics, Central, and Latin America since October 2023. Previously, Aslı held the position of Head of Technical Department at Layher AS in Norway, where responsibilities included establishing and growing the technical department, recruiting and training engineers, and developing business strategies. Prior to that, Aslı was Technical Office Manager at Layher Turkey, leading a team that achieved a 60% increase in sales revenue, and had earlier roles as Technical Office Engineer and Structural Engineer. Aslı holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an Executive MBA from Sabancı Business School, along with a degree in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University.
