Serhat Güler

Serhat Güler is a highly experienced professional in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as Global Sales Manager and Technical Application Manager for Industrial Adhesive Solutions at Organik Kimya since December 2021. With a strong background in technical management at 3M, Serhat oversaw key account technical management for the Personal Care division across the EMEA region. Prior roles include Development Specialist in fiberglass at Sisecam, Plant Engineer at Eren Holding, and an intern at Unilever. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from Hacettepe University and Business Administration from Anadolu University.
