Ingrida Bakutyte is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data processing and EU coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Data Processing Assistant at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) since April 2012, Ingrida previously held the position of Chief Officer in the EU Coordination division at the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania from March 2004 to April 2007. Ingrida's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in French Language and Literature, awarded by Leiden University in 2020, a Master's degree in the same field from Leiden University in 2010, a Master's degree in Public Administration focusing on EU administration and politics from the Law University of Lithuania (2004), and a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas (2002).
