Jelena Gorbunova

Jelena Gorbunova is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) since November 2019, where responsibilities include formulating effective sourcing strategies and liaising with post owners. Previously, Jelena served as an HR Specialist at YIT Lietuva from April 2010 to April 2019, conducting the full recruitment and selection cycle for various employee categories and facilitating employee adaptation. Earlier in the career, Jelena worked as an Administrator/HR Specialist at Diena Media print from April 2008 to August 2009. Jelena holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from LCC International University, Lithuania, obtained in 2008.
