Ana Paula Ikeda, MSc, PMP, possesses extensive experience in project management and budget oversight within international and governmental organizations. Since April 2005, Ana Paula has contributed to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in various roles, including Inspectorate Programme Management Associate and Inspectorate Budget Associate, focusing on the implementation of projects related to the Chemical Weapons Convention. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Chief of Staff to the Managing Director at the Brazilian Port Authority, managing infrastructure projects and financial reporting, and as Associate Expert at the Secretaria de Estado de Cultura, implementing UNESCO legislative obligations. Ana Paula holds a Master's degree in Economics and Logistics from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Urban/City Management from the Universidade Federal do Pará.
