Bex Hay

Bex Hay has held various roles throughout their work experience. In 2012, they worked as a Government Relations Assistant at London 2012. The following year, they worked as a Web Designer for multiple companies. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Digital Manager at ShareAction. In 2015, they joined 38 Degrees as a Campaigns Manager, and later became the Chief Technology Officer from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, Bex Hay worked as a Board Member at Uplift - People Powered Change, and also took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Organise. They currently serve as the Chair - Executive Council at OPEN (Online Progressive Engagement Network).

Bex Hay graduated from the University of Oxford in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics.
