Administrative and Coordination Team

The Administrative and Coordination Team at the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) supports the High Commissioner on National Minorities by overseeing daily operations, ensuring cohesive communication among various departments, and facilitating the implementation of projects aimed at mitigating ethnic tensions and conflicts. This team comprises key members including the Secretary General, Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-office, and other coordinators, who collectively ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of the HCNM's initiatives and recommendations.
