Lisa Noon

Lisa Noon, CAE, RCE, is an experienced executive leader in the field of association management with a robust background spanning several prestigious organizations. Currently, Lisa serves as the Executive Director and Vice President at Organization Management Group Inc. since September 2018. Previously, Lisa held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Williamsburg Area Association of REALTORS and the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS, where responsibilities included oversight of government affairs, fiscal responsibilities, and membership growth initiatives. In earlier roles at the Virginia Association of REALTORS, Lisa managed member outreach, communications, and professional development, contributing significantly to organizational goals. Lisa's career began in marketing with Central Fidelity Bank, where notable achievements included developing strategies that resulted in significant sales increases and cost savings. Lisa holds a Master of Arts Degree in Mass Communications/Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications from the University of Nebraska.
