Carlos I. Troncoso

Carlos I. Troncoso serves as a Senior Information Technology Specialist at the Organization of American States since July 2002, where responsibilities include project management for OAS Secure Communications Systems, technology strategy, and IT service improvements. In addition, Carlos is a co-founder of Toca Juniors F.C. since 1996. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science from The George Washington University and a Project Management Certificate from Georgetown University, alongside a Graduate Certificate in Computer and Information Systems Security from The George Washington University.
