Mauricio Cerna Rivera is a seasoned professional specializing in water governance, climate migration, and indigenous rights, with extensive experience in consultancy roles for various organizations. Currently serving as Regional Manager and Consultant at the Organización de los Estados Americanos since September 2019, Mauricio focuses on transboundary water governance, hydric security, and NDC best practices in Latin America and the Caribbean, with an emphasis on gender and interculturality.
