Tania Naanous is a seasoned expert in gender, diversity, and inclusion training, currently serving as the Founder and Director of Lentes Púrpura since January 2021, where facilitation of training and support for survivors of gender-based violence is a key focus. Concurrently, Tania operates as a Gender and Security Facilitator for the Organization of American States, overseeing projects aimed at enhancing gender perspectives within civil aviation in Latin America and the Caribbean. Tania has previously held significant roles, including Operative Coordinator at Centro de Investigación para la Paz México, managing evaluations of rehabilitation programs for incarcerated women, and serving as a Gender and Security Consultant for multiple organizations, where research and field interaction with public security entities were paramount. Tania holds a Master's degree in Conflict, Security, and Development with a focus on Gender Studies from the University of Sussex and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
