Organization of Islamic Cooperation
Wajdi Ali Sindi has a diverse work experience in various roles within different organizations. Wajdi Ali started their career in 2008 as an Assistant Editor at OKAZ ORG. FOR PRESS & PUBLICATIONS. Wajdi Ali then joined the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) in 2010, where they served as a Media Adviser and Social Media Supervisor until 2019. In 2019, they became the Acting Director of Information Department at OIC. Later on, they took on the role of Media Advisor to the Secretary General in 2020. Currently, Wajdi Ali Sindi holds the positions of Communications Director & Editor-in-Chief of OIC Journal at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
Wajdi Ali Sindi pursued Islamic studies at KAU for five years, from 1985 to 1990. In 1992, they briefly attended the International Language School in Toronto, Canada.

Organization of Islamic Cooperation
The Organization of the Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is the second largest inter-governmental organization after the United Nations which has membership of 57 states spread over four continents. The Organization is the collective voice of the Muslim world and ensuring to safeguard and protect the interests of the Muslim world in the spirit of promoting international peace and harmony among various people of the world. The Organization was established upon a decision of the historical summit which took place in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco on 12th Rajab 1389 Hijra (25 September 1969) as a result of criminal arson of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem.
