Madhurima Nag

Madhurima Nag currently serves as a Disability Management Advisor (DMA) at Organizational Solutions Inc. since March 2022, where responsibilities include managing over 85 complex short-term disability claims, interviewing employees, coordinating return-to-work processes, and conducting client meetings. Previously, Madhurima held the position of Coordinator at Transcend Quality Conformity Assessment Services Pvt. Ltd. from October 2015 to January 2022, where notable achievements included rapid promotion for exceeding performance goals and efficient administration of financial and insurance processes. Madhurima holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours in English Language and Literature from the University of Calcutta and completed Senior Secondary education in Commerce at B.D. Memorial Institute.
